“I first saw the Fine Boat Wraps booth at the Ft Lauderdale Boat show two years ago. I have been looking for wraps like hers for 2 years on the West Coast. When I called Ramona to design my wrap, she was glad I remembered her. I told her I can’t find anyone who does what you do. While I was upgrading my boat with other vendors, she was the only one who would call me and keep me apprised of the schedule and process. At one point during the design phase, I told her that the design was good enough. She said we don’t do good enough, we want you to have this your way, so you are thrilled and excited about your boat. She cared about it being the best she could give me. Thanks for staying in touch with me during the entire process, Ramona. The personal and honest touch is the differentiator. We had a hiccup and her honesty about it was refreshing. She took responsibility and fixed it.”
